Here at Qubit we work with some of the leading eGaming operators, and so we were very proud to have this recognised at the EGR B2B Awards on Tuesday (6th June 2017).
We were awarded Acquisition and Retention Partner of the year, beating 11 other shortlisted nominees, and joining winners such as Playtech and NetEnt.
The level of competition in the eGaming industry means that acquiring and retaining the right customers remains a constant challenge for operators. Winning this title recognises the effectiveness of Qubit's platform in enabling our clients to understand and identify high-value customers and engage them with compelling and personalised experiences.
Our entry showcased our work to better understand player behaviours and deliver personalised, engaging experiences across digital channels - work which we are doing with the likes of Ladbrokes, Sky Betting & Gaming and Boylesports.
Product development, reaction to market challenges and innovation were all key considerations for the judging panel and given that personalising for the eGaming industry comes with its own unique set of challenges, these are all areas we have focused on when developing our technology.
Personalisation in eGaming must be carried out in real time and work with a wide variety of complex front-end technologies, while also relying on both historical and in-session user data and relating to markets and prices that are constantly changing. Operators we talk to have either already encountered these difficulties or realise that they are about to. Our solution is responding directly to this need, so it’s resonating particularly well, contributing to our win in this category.
